We are growing and looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our team! The Talent Sourcer will play a key support role within this team assisting recruiter in the identification of Tech talent for middle to leadership-level roles and supporting company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using several channels: LinkedIn job portals internal database social networks
- Using a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques to generate a talent pool for a vacancy
- Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
- Attending briefing sessions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and to take part in building search strategies
- Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Requirements:
- Strong Upper- ntermediate or higher spoken and written English
- Native Russian language
- 1 years of experience in IT recruitment/sourcing
- Research acumen and creativity a person who can learn new tech roles and business domains quickly and understand how to deliver effective search strategies within requirements
- Solid communication skills ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates
- Organized and data-focused with a strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset
- Сurious a strong desire to learn
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
