Job Description:

We are recruiting 4 full-time Social Care Workers for a community-based role in Bray Co. Wicklow. The team will provide consistent person-centred autism-specific support to a female service user following her care plan Positive Behaviour Support Plan and stress management plan.

Staff will work on a regular rolling roster and be part of a consistent team led by a HSE Social Care Leader and Social Care Manager. Night shifts are based in a nearby office with duties including periodic visual checks on the service user in her home.


Requirements:

  • CORU Registered Social Care Worker
  • Experience supporting adults with autism
  • Training in positive behaviour support and safe medication management
  • Full driving license
  • Right to live and work in Ireland
