Job Summary

Job Role: Workday Time Tracking Go live consultant/Trainer

Job Location: Washington DC Minneapolis Oakland and Walnut Creek Raleigh (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

This is an Enhanced BA Role and the candidate should train the trainer at client location They have product (Trainer at client). Two Years Experience as trainer is mandatory skill. Completed Workday Time Tracking for Administrators and certification is mandatory. The timing wise should be flexible in trainings.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Apply functional expertise and provide best practice guidance to help maximize the clients investment in Workday.
How to Support of Workday HCM Core Workday Time tracking Leave & Absence.
How to Support of Shift wizard for clinical scheduling and Dorm Akaba applications.
Provide virtual elbow support.
Address complex and simple How to questions via SNOW email or telephone as needed.
Prepare additional tipsheets and training materials including training videos as needed and directed by informatics/project leadership.
Participate as a product expert in office hours and other mechanisms to provide support to the client.
Work will largely be 8-5pm PST. However it is anticipated that hours will need to flex around go live.
Onsite will be require for week prior and week after time tracking go live (subject to change per JMH).
Learn core capabilities for Shift wizard and Dorm Akaba. Provide how to guidance.
