About the job

Advantra is partnering with an early stage consumer gifting startup in San Francisco or New York to hire a Head of Growth to lead marketing and customer acquisition.

About the role

You will own growth strategy and execution driving user acquisition retention and revenue. You will manage paid and organic channels optimize conversion funnels and launch corporate gifting programs. You will work closely with Product Design and Engineering to align marketing efforts with the product and scale On Mes brand.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all customer acquisition channels including SEO paid advertising and influencer marketing.

  2. Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and user growth.

  3. Lead corporate gifting initiatives and B2B partnership development.

  4. Optimize website conversion rates and user acquisition funnels.

  5. Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Meta and TikTok.

  6. Build and engage a community around the On Me brand through social media and content.

  7. Leverage data analytics and A/B testing to improve marketing performance.

  8. Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering on growth initiatives.

  9. Identify and manage partnerships with brands creators and affiliates.

Core requirements
  1. 5 years of experience in growth digital or performance marketing in B2C fintech or e-commerce.

  2. Proven track record scaling customer acquisition through paid and organic channels.

  3. Expertise in SEO paid advertising and influencer marketing.

  4. Hands-on experience with website CRO and funnel optimization.

  5. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics A/B testing and attribution modeling.

  6. Experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads Meta and TikTok.

  7. Startup mindset with proactive adaptable and results-oriented approach.

  8. Ability to translate creative strategies into measurable outcomes.

  9. Experience launching integrated marketing campaigns.

  10. Experience with B2B growth initiatives and partnership programs.

Nice to have
  1. Prior startup experience.

  2. Experience in e-commerce or consumer fintech marketing.

  3. Experience leading or mentoring marketing teams.

  4. Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business or related field.

  5. Experience with community building and content strategy.
