Job Summary

About the jobAdvantra is partnering with a early-stage productivity software startup in San Francisco to hire a Product Designer to lead the design of their voice dictation app across platforms.
About the roleYou will design interfaces for desktop iOS and web that make voice-first interactions intuitive and useful. You will work directly with users to test ideas get feedback and refine experiences. You will define design systems components and guidelines and collaborate with engineering to ship features quickly.
Responsibilities-
Own end-to-end design across desktop iOS and web.

Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for voice interactions.

Define design systems components and visual guidelines.

Contribute to product brand and company design strategy.

Ensure design consistency across all platforms.

Advocate for users and usability throughout product development.

Help shape the future of a new voice-first interface.

3 years designing and shipping consumer products.

Experience creating 0 1 product designs.

Strong UX and visual design skills.

Experience designing systems not just individual screens.

Portfolio or links to shipped work demonstrating ownership.

Experience working in fast-paced early-stage environments.

Strong user empathy and ability to incorporate feedback.

Collaborative design process with cross-functional teams.

High attention to detail and craft in visual design.

Experience iterating rapidly based on user and team feedback.

Experience designing voice AI or real-time interactive products.

Experience working closely with early engineering teams.

Experience founding or leading product design in a startup.

Familiarity with desktop web and iOS design tools.

Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
