Key Responsibilities

Implement support maintain and improve operational systems.

Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and efficiency.

Respond to incidents resolve issues and plan for system growth.

Recommend enhancements to improve system availability and performance.

Conduct testing gather feedback and report on results.
-
Analyse operational metrics to support performance improvements.
-
Identify opportunities for automation.
-
Manage helpdesk calls and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
-
Provide end-user training and support.
-
Draft functional development scope documents.
-
Manage projects including business cases issue tracking and risk registers.
-
Coordinate communication between the business and third-party vendors.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors Degree in IT Computer Sciences or related field.

Qualification in Business Analysis or Project Management advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years experience in software implementation or project management.
