Roles/Responsibilities:
- Administrate enterprise technology contracts across the lifecycle.
- Plan and track the department budget: expenses projects capital and services.
- Plan provision and track technology assets licenses and services.
- Act as an internal liaison with Procurement Finance Legal and Accounting.
- Act as an external liaison with key technology vendors and resellers.
- Prepare solicitations for goods services and projects.
- Prepare evaluations and write-ups for new technology.
- Perform related duties as directed
Mandatory Skills:
- Education Requirement: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university. OR High School Diploma with minimum ten (10) years of experience performing the duties outlined in the Minimum Qualifications.
- Five years experience administrating technology contracts across the lifecycle. requests solicitations amendments renewals and terminations.
- Five years experience planning and tracking technology department budgets expenses projects capital and services.
- Five years experience planning provisioning and tracking technology licenses hardware assets and professional and warranty services.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work on their own in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Working knowledge with core technologies: Oracle Fusion ServiceNow Office365.
- Basic understanding of emerging technology and concepts such as AI IoT etc.
