Summary:

Focus on production stability through the implementation of Lean methodologies performance to rate readiness requirements and application of root cause analysis and process improvements to enhance product and personnel flow throughout the site.
Candidates will collaborate across manufacturing engineering and production-support organizations and should be self-starters and team-oriented.
This role offers exposure to all aspects of aerospace manufacturing including supply chain logistics transportation and the fabrication of raw materials into finished products and assemblies delivered worldwide.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Business Management Data Analytics Supply Chain Management Economics or a related field.
3 years of experience in engineering manufacturing supply chain or production environments.
3 years defining developing implementing or improving production processes.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

Strong time management communication and organizational skills.
3 years of experience with Lean Manufacturing and knowledge of lean principles.
Experience developing and deploying standard processes.
Proficient in structured problem-solving and Microsoft Office Suite.
