Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified Product Manager to lead the design and execution of our Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) program.
This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey developing and prioritizing product requirements and ensuring alignment across technical operational and business stakeholders to deliver program objectives effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to understand and manage complex systems and interdependencies ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms and processes.
A minimum of five (5) years of product management experience is required with a strong preference for candidates with telecommunications industry experience.
The selected candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced cross-functional environment with limited supervision.
Compensation is fixed and non-negotiable.
This position may convert to a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs.
