Job Summary
Pay Rate: $ 19.00 / hour
We have partnered with a large manufacturing company in the Garland TX area to provide them with a Lab Technician. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Lab Technician:
#1. High School Degree or equivalent.
#2. Industrial Laboratory experience
Responsibilities of the Lab Technician:
- Performs laboratory tests or other laboratory work using conventional and computerized machines and work aids.
- Performs laboratory work and tests according to prescribed standards.
- Determines chemical and physical characteristics or composition.
Requirements of the Lab Technician:
- Usual requirement is two years of post secondary education in field of specialty; however some companies may accept equivalent education and experience combined.
- Computer and Microsoft Suite Software Knowledge and Experience good verbal and written skills
- Industrial Laboratory experience
Other Key Requirements for Lab Technician:
- This is a 6-month temp position.
- Onsite role
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
