Qualifications

10 years of construction supervision experience preferably with Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings.
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelors Degree preferred).
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Proven ability to manage crews and ensure profitable project delivery.
Strong communication leadership and customer service skills.
Knowledge of safety standards quality control and construction best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
Must be available for weekend and overtime work with flexibility to travel to job sites nationwide
