We are looking to add a full-time experienced paralegal to our team to handle estate planning drafting and estate and trust administration. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience drafting estate planning and trust and probate administration. This position is not a telecommute or remote work position. Compensation will be based upon prior legal experience.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of prior estate planning experience is required.
Experience with drafting estate planning documents preparation of judicial council forms and other court pleadings and documents.
Comfortable interacting with clients on substantive legal matters in both estate planning and probate and trust administration.
Working knowledge of Clio and prior experience with drafting software.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Comfortable working independently and working with other paralegals.
Preparation of deeds and other related documents.
Holds a current California public notary commission.
Educational Requirements:
1. Bachelors is preferred.
2. Paralegal Certificate is required.
