Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking Adult Psychiatrists to join a collaborative clinician-driven behavioral health team. This position offers unparalleled autonomy and flexibility allowing you to practice in the best interest of your patients-free from corporate administrative interference. You will work closely with therapists and prescribers in a team-based format designed to provide high-quality coordinated psychiatric care.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations therapy and medication management for adult patients.

Participate in team-based collaboration with therapists and Nurse Practitioners.

Engage in monthly case discussions with collaborating therapists to review patient progress and clinical approaches.
-
Optionally supervise clinician-selected evidence-based Nurse Practitioners.
-
Conduct all clinical work remotely choosing your own days and hours.

Support interdisciplinary coordination to ensure seamless patient care.
Primary Skills:
-
Expertise in adult psychiatric evaluation diagnosis and treatment.

Proficiency in both medication management and psychotherapy.
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a multidisciplinary setting.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
-
Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff or Nurse Practitioners.

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual collaboration tools.
-
Interest in integrative and evidence-based behavioral health practices.
Qualifications:
-
Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Psychiatry.
-
Fully licensed to practice in one or more U.S. states.
-
Active unencumbered DEA license.
-
Demonstrated experience in both therapy and medication management.
