Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT and business program/project management.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing end-to-end large-scale complex ERP implementations (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Workday).
- Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $5 million and leading teams of 20 internal and external resources.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is highly preferred. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent is a plus.

- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g. Finance HR Supply Chain Manufacturing) and how technology enables business transformation.
