Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Dallas TX Hybrid Onsite
Duration: 6 months

As a Scrum Master you will guide multiple Agile teams toward successful delivery by fostering collaboration removing impediments and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices. You will serve as a bridge between technical and business teams ensuring alignment on priorities and timely delivery of project milestones.

• Manage project scope sprint planning and overall delivery timelines.

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprints retrospectives and daily stand-ups.

• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum frameworks.

• Facilitate transparent communication across internal and external stakeholders.

• Act as the primary point of contact for external communications (e.g. customers leadership or stakeholders).

• Collaborate with product owners to manage product backlogs and prioritize new requests.

• Proactively identify and remove roadblocks to maintain team momentum.

• Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.

• Guide development teams to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and self-organization.

• Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment where members take ownership and pride in their work.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Senior Scrum Master managing multiple Agile teams.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe).

• Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and communication skills.

• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders to embrace Agile values and continuous improvement.

• Experience with project management and Agile collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Rally Azure DevOps).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and coordinate across distributed teams.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM or equivalent) preferred.
