What Youll Do:
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues
- Lead by example in quality and customer service
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department
- Document work performed and communicate clearly
- Train and support junior technicians
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Use Dealerware for loaner vehicle documentation as needed
What Were Looking For:
Experience:
- 510 years of progressive automotive repair and diagnostic experience.
- Proven ability to perform advanced-level diagnostics repairs and system overhauls.
- Prior experience in a dealership environment strongly preferred (OEM-specific systems warranty procedures etc.).
- Experience mentoring or training lower-level technicians (B- and C-level)
- ASE or OEM Master Certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
