Business Account Manager

Are you passionate about building relationships and driving growth from within

Were looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to support one of our clients Business Sales teams focusing on expanding and retaining their existing customer base. This isnt about cold calls and quick wins - its about strategic conversations cross-selling upselling and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.

If you thrive on solving problems uncovering opportunities and delivering long-term value this is your next big move.

Essential Job Functions:

Manage a portfolio of existing business customers ensuring satisfaction retention and growth.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify new needs and position client solutions.
Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with customer goals and business outcomes.
Build strong relationships and become the go-to resource for your clients.
Use Salesforce and other tools to track engagement forecast growth and prioritize opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.
Meet or exceed targets tied to account expansion and customer retention.
Share customer insights to help shape product strategy and service enhancements.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
2 3 years of B2B account management or sales experience ideally in telecom or technology.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Valid drivers license; travel may be required based on territory.
Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Additional Job Requirements:

Proven success in growing existing accounts and driving customer loyalty.
Excellent communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
