Job Summary
Electrical engineer with PLC and Robots handling
- 1. Able to perform PLCHMI programming and Plc controlled spm machine maintenance ( PLC -Omron Inovance MitsubishiDelta & Siemens ) HMI ( Omron Mitsubishi MCGS Inovance Delta )
- Knowledge in part transfer mechanisms - Robot maintenance & programming (ABB Topstar Fanuc Epson ) and Pick and place servo controls setting and adjustments3. Knowlegde in Pneumatics electrical circuit servo systems
- Knowledge in Vision systems CCD camerasLight sources VFD drives - trouble shooting and maintenance
- Able to perform Preventive maintenance Time based & Condition based maintenance Kaizen and 5S
- Perform spare parts management SOPs and technical documentation
