Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Catalog Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in designing developing and maintaining Service Catalog items within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITSM processes ServiceNow scripting and UI/UX best practices to deliver efficient and user-friendly catalog solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop Service Catalog items Record Producers and Order Guides in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement client scripts UI policies and script includes to enhance catalog functionality.
- Ensure catalog items are aligned with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
- Perform unit testing UAT support and deployment of catalog items across environments.
- Maintain documentation for catalog items workflows and customizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to catalog performance usability and integration.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on Service Catalog.
- Familiarity with ITSM modules (Incident Request Change etc.).
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
