Job Summary

List of job expected to be performed by the Team Member

1. Preventive Maintenance of Assembly Equipments - Filling equipments OilACLLCetc Body lifters nut runners (atlas copco) bush press machines Laser number punching friction drive systems Sealer robots (Kawasaki) Line conveyors.

2. Able to work on Function Line Equipments - Brake Drum Alignment Shower.

3. Able to carryout caliberation of Function Line equipments.

4. Able to understand & work on Vehicle Data transfer upstream / downstream

5. Able to carryout parts replacement - motor drives inverters PLC bearings Gearbox.

6. Able to troubleshoot - Brake oil filling / LLC filling / CNG filling / Fuel Filling etc.

Functional competencies required to perform this job

1. Planning & Execution of - Preventive Breakdown Predictive Maintenance.

2. Knowledge on Pneumatics Hydraulics PLC - Omron / Mitsubishi Robot (Kawasaki)

3. IT networking understanding for Equipments - Ethernet LAN FL Net CC-Link.

4. Understanding of latest Digital technologies - Symptom Grasping Tools IoT WiFi Data transfer.

5. Good communication skills & Leadership qualities - to Lead a team of Technicians.

6. Budget & Spares - Planning /Procurement / Inventory / SAP know-how.

7. Kaizen Mind - for carrying out Innovations towards S Q P & C.
