We are seeking a motivated Pilot Salesman to join our team focusing on hospital chemist channels within the FMCG sector.
Position description / Job description- Promote and sell pharmaceutical and healthcare products to hospital chemists.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and pharmacies.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective territory management.
- Provide product information demonstrations and samples to potential clients.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategies.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Completed education.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales specifically within distribution and retail management.
- A strong understanding of the FMCG/Foods/Beverage industry.
- The ability to work in and manage a territory in Howrah WB 711101.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- The ability to work independently and manage their sales territory effectively.
