Job Title: Lead MSBI Developer / Data Engineer

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Hybrid

Position Description:

This is a senior hands-on role for a technical specialist focused on BI platform modernization.
The primary mission is to lead the end-to-end analysis of our legacy Microsoft SSAS cubes and SSIS ETL workflows create definitive technical documentation and then use that knowledge to support the migration to a modern cloud data platform (GCP).

Skills Required:

Demonstrated ability to document complex systems
Ability to communicate and work with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
Microsoft Sql Servers MSSQL ETL

Skills Preferred:

Cloud Composer Airflow PySpark Big Query
Google Cloud Platform - Biq Query Data Flow Dataproc Data Fusion
TERRAFORM TektonCloud SQL AIRFLOW POSTGRES Airflow PySpark Python API GCP

Experience Required:

A mandatory minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS SSAS SSRS).
Must have proven experience in analyzing reverse-engineering and documenting complex legacy data systems.
This is a lead-level role requiring technical ownership and autonomy.
Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
Microsoft SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)
Microsoft SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
T-SQL - Microsoft SQL Server

Experience Preferred:

Professional experience within the Finance / FinTech - IT domain.

Education Required:

Bachelors Degree Masters Degree
