Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with Scrum expertise to lead and oversee Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce project management Agile methodologies and Scrum practices ensuring timely and successful project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills -
5 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years in Salesforce-related projects.
Strong expertise in Agile & Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master certification preferred).
Hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementation migration and integration projects.
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of JIRA Confluence or other Agile project management tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
Experience managing budgets timelines and risk assessments.
Job Duties -
Project Management & Leadership:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects (implementations customizations integrations).
Develop and manage project roadmaps timelines and budgets.
Work closely with stakeholders business teams and technical teams to define project scope and requirements.
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Ensure quality control and compliance with Salesforce best practices and governance.
Scrum & Agile Implementation:
Serve as Scrum Master facilitating daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and backlog refinement.
Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and remove impediments to team progress.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
Track and report on team velocity sprint progress and project KPIs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Scrum team.
Salesforce & Technical Collaboration:
Work with Salesforce developers administrators and architects to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Oversee deployments testing and user training to ensure adoption and success.
Ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (ERP Marketing Service etc.).
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to enhance project delivery.

Desired Skills & Experience -
Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Administrator Salesforce PMP or Scrum Master certification).
Experience in Copado Gearset or CI/CD tools for Salesforce DevOps.
Knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle (Apex Lightning SOQL) is a plus.
