Job Summary

Responsibilies
- Install Setup Support and Manage Application environments in Production and Preproduction environments
- Hands of Experience Middleware Application Servers : WebMethods
- Setup and Administration of software such as Apache webservers Siteminder Sentry IBM SWIFT Sitescope
- Working on RedHat Linux environments and Windows Server environments
- Support migrations of legacy Application environments to new stack of technology
- Interface with Engineering and Solution Delivery teams and PMO teams to plan schedule and implement changes.
- Coordinate changes verification and reversion tasks with participating teams.
- Adhere to the Change Management and Release Management process for all changes.
- Assist other team members as needed to provide excellent service to GXS customers.
- Provide on-call production support on a rotating basis and escalated 24x7 support for responsible primary application.
- Troubleshoot and follow-up with Engineering to resolve production issues.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date Run Books.
