Now Hiring: Front Desk Agent Home2 Suites by Hilton Ashburn VA
Were looking for a friendly professional and service-driven Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our this role youll be the first point of contact for guests setting the tone for a warm and comfortable stay. Youll handle check-ins and check-outs respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate timely informationall while delivering exceptional hospitality with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Respond to guest questions and concerns courteously
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
