Ideal M&A Associate Attorney Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of experience handling complex corporate transactions including M&A private equity and venture capital transactions

• Experience with deal structuring due diligence and negotiating purchase agreements and related documentation

• Prior experience at a national or international law firm preferred

• Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills

• A proactive client-first mindset and a desire to build a book of business over time

• Active bar membership in Illinois or eligibility to waive in
