Take the lead in ensuring a safe secure and compliant environment across Clients portfolio. As the Safety & Security Lead you will design and execute environment health safety and security programs that protect people assets and reputation. This position requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on operational leadership working closely with internal teams vendors and client stakeholders to uphold the highest global and local standards.Job Description
About the Role:
Lead Safety & Security programs across client site in Thailand ensuring compliance with regulatory corporate and client requirements while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
Develop and execute safety & security frameworks audits and risk management plans identifying potential hazards recommending corrective actions and driving continuous improvement.
Manage emergency response and crisis preparedness including incident investigations drills and business continuity coordination.
Oversee physical security operations including vendor management for access control CCTV systems and threat mitigation programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations facilities and client leadership to embed proactive safety and security practices into daily operations.
About You:
Bachelors degree in Security Management Risk Management Occupational Health & Safety or related field; a tertiary qualification in EHS or equivalent certification is required.
Having minimum 4-5 years experience in EHS or Safety and Security within corporate facilities or real estate environments.
Proven expertise in regulatory compliance audit programs and risk assessment frameworks aligned with ISO and global standards
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels and coordinate with local authorities.
Excellent communication skills (Thai & English) capable of engaging with diverse teams vendors and clients.
