What Youll Do

As a DSP in our Day Program youll support participants in daily activities that enrich their lives and foster independence. This includes personal care outings and skill-building activities.

Specialized Programming Opportunities In addition to core DSP responsibilities some team members will take the lead in developing and managing specialized program spaces--such as art music movement or other enrichment activities. Youll design activities prepare materials and create engaging sessions tailored to participant interests.

What Were Looking For

• A caring patient and compassionate nature.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• One-year experience in direct care required.
• Experience working in a Day Program a plus.
• For specialized programming roles: creativity initiative and an interest in art music or other skill areas.
