Were expanding in the Pakistan market and looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to join our team. We are seeking proactive high-performing sales professionals with a passion for driving new business in the B2B SaaS space. This role demands a hunters mindset and a deep understanding of consultative selling. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities closing deals and playing a pivotal role in regional growth.

This is not a passive inbound role we are looking for someone who runs toward targets thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working independently to chase and close new logos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to outreach to negotiation deal closure.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and activity-based targets.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable sales forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing heads digital agencies and C-level executives.
  • Track and report sales metrics pipeline progress and market insights.
  • Represent the company in industry events conferences and networking sessions to expand the companys reach.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 36 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or Solution Sales with track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and Martech tools.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like CRM systems.
  • Comfortable prospecting independently and managing outbound sales motion.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Salesforce or Zoho.
  • Understanding of the Mar tech ecosystem including personalization analytics and omni channel communication.
  • SaaS sales experience in local market.
