Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing HR strategies and processes within a growing financial institution in Mexico City.
This position ensures compliance with labor and financial regulations while supporting business growth through effective talent management employee engagement and process optimization.

The role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration and policy management. The HR Coordinator will also develop and implement programs for training performance evaluation and cultural development contributing directly to organizational transformation and employee well-being.

Key responsibilities include supervising payroll and personnel administration maintaining compliance with labor laws designing compensation and benefits structures and promoting initiatives that enhance company culture and employee satisfaction.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Psychology Industrial Relations or a related field.

  • 58 years of professional experience in Human Resources.

  • Experience working in financial institutions or SOFOM environments (preferred).

  • In-depth knowledge of IMSS INFONAVIT SAT LFT and NOM labor standards.

  • Ability to implement HR policies and processes from scratch.

  • Experience managing small to medium-sized teams (30100 employees).

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and HR systems (SAP NOI or equivalents).

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution skills.

  • High ethical standards confidentiality and professional integrity.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (CPA certification is a plus). Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and taxation. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
