Job Summary
The SAP BTP CPI Expert will play a key role in designing implementing and maintaining integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and local systems such as payroll time management and HRIS platforms.
Using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) this position ensures secure accurate and automated data exchange between SAP and non-SAP environments.
The expert will collaborate closely with global IT HR and payroll teams to define requirements build scalable integration architectures and support digital transformation initiatives across multiple regions.
This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to work on global projects enhance automation and contribute to innovation within a leading Tier 1 automotive organization.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field
5 years of experience with SAP CPI or SAP BTP Integration Suite
Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systems
Strong technical understanding of APIs and integration protocols (OData XML JSON REST/SOAP)
Experience with authentication methods and data security standards (OAuth SAML SSL)
Familiarity with integration patterns data mapping and middleware best practices
Excellent English communication skills and experience collaborating in international teams (Europe / LATAM)
Experience in the automotive or Tier 1 supplier industry preferred
Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira Confluence or ServiceNow is an advantage

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role in a fintech environment. Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of tech professionals. Extensive experience working with API integrations and a deep understanding of related technologies. Prior work in the money transfer or BaaS sectors is highly desirable. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering innovative solutions. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. Excellent communication skills conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards in the fintech industry. Proven ability to scale technology infrastructure to support rapid business growth. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing fintech operations. Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within a tech organization.
