Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Engineer to design develop and maintain advanced conversational AI systems that serve users in the healthcare and technology space.
This is a backend-focused role where you will work on building memory-rich multi-agent AI systems that use cutting-edge Generative AI tools to enhance communication between users and automated systems.
The position involves 80% hands-on development of AI pipelines and 20% collaboration with product AI research and engineering teams to ensure high-quality performance reliability and scalability.
You will work with modern frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph and LangSmith integrating advanced LLMs from major AI providers. Your work will directly impact the development of intelligent systems used globally by both patients and healthcare providers.
This role requires a passion for AI system architecture an eye for detail and the ability to balance technical innovation with production-level stability.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Artificial Intelligence or a related field (Masters preferred but not required).
5 years of experience in backend software development.
2 years working with AI agents LLMs or Generative AI frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Python cloud infrastructure and API orchestration.
Experience with LangChain LangGraph or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
Proficiency in vector databases embedding stores and retrieval systems.
Familiarity with multi-agent coordination and memory architectures.
Ability to optimize token usage latency and real-time performance.
Strong communication skills in English (professional proficiency).

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role in a fintech environment. Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of tech professionals. Extensive experience working with API integrations and a deep understanding of related technologies. Prior work in the money transfer or BaaS sectors is highly desirable. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering innovative solutions. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. Excellent communication skills conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards in the fintech industry. Proven ability to scale technology infrastructure to support rapid business growth. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing fintech operations. Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within a tech organization.
