Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Executive for one of our hospitality clients to manage the repair and maintenance work across villa properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine maintenance checks and handle electrical plumbing and general repair work.
Respond promptly to maintenance issues reported by staff or guests.
Coordinate with technicians electricians and vendors when needed.
Keep records of maintenance schedules and completed work.
Ensure properties remain safe functional and well-maintained.

Requirements

2 years of experience in general maintenance or facility operations.
Knowledge of electrical plumbing and mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites when needed.
