Job Title: Automation Test Engineer in Capital Market Domain

Location:Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO - Tues Wed Thurs)

Shift Time: 6am-3pm IST

We are seeking an SDET for the Treasury Technology group. A high-impact role where youll design develop and maintain automation frameworks for critical Treasury systems. Youll collaborate with global teams across New York & London to deliver scalable high-quality solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks for UI API and backend systems.
• Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scriptsboth manual and automated.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo or GitHub Actions.
• Perform regression integration and system testing across front-end and back-end components.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps engineers to resolve defects and optimize performance.
• Analyze requirements and design logical comprehensive test scenarios.
• Participate in Agile ceremoniessprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and backlog grooming.
• Contribute to performance and security testing initiatives.

Desired Experience/ Skills:

• 6 years of hands-on experience in QA automation and DevOps.
• Strong experience with C# Gherkin XUnit Moq.
• Solid understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and test-driven development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database systems (e.g. MySQL SQL Server).
• Experience with Jira Bitbucket and version control best practices.
• Exposure to financial services and/or treasury systems is a strong plus.
• Defect Management Articulation of defects in detailed manner assigning defects to technical teams capturing target fix dates and resolution comments from IT.
• Co-ordinate with Project/ Program managers with clear communications.
• Ability to drive the project Initiatives on your own. Plan and execute activities based on project milestones and independently manage communications.
• Adept at providing Testing Technical and Domain expertise by guidance to team.
• Good communication presentation skills and problem-solving skills
