Job Summary
Exciting challenges ahead. Despite best attempts by Government to break it there is still optimism in the UK construction scene and this major player in the Cat B fit out market is seeing a strong surge in new opportunities with blue chip clients expanding in London. This has led to the requirement to add to the Commercial team to lead a team of Surveying and pre construction.
Requirements
We are seeking a tenacious individual with extensive experience in the fast paced Cat B market looking for an opportunity to join a fast paced and growing business working in the private commercial marketplace. Ideal Candidates will already be working for a "known name" in the market and be looking for somewhere to step out of the major corporate fit out shadows ready to make a mark in a thriving mid size organisation.
