Job Summary

Job Summary:
Hackney Council is seeking an experienced Early Help Quality Improvement Partner to support and enhance the delivery of Early Help and Family Support Services across Children and Family Hubs.
The post holder will work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to ensure consistent high-quality family interventions and improved outcomes for children and families.
The role involves providing case management supervision implementing quality improvement frameworks and chairing Multi-Agency Team (MAT) meetings to identify and manage risk.

Key Duties/Accountabilities (Sample):
Lead on quality improvement within Early Help Family Support services ensuring adherence to Hackneys Family Support Framework.
Conduct formal case file audits and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.
Provide supervision mentoring and coaching to Family Practitioners and Senior Early Help Leads.
Oversee complex Early Help cases ensuring a whole-family approach and robust risk management.
Chair fortnightly MAT meetings ensuring effective multi-agency collaboration and accurate documentation.
Promote safeguarding best practice identifying and escalating child protection concerns appropriately.
Deliver single-agency and multi-agency training and development to support staff capability and service standards.
Forge effective partnerships with Health Education Social Care and community organisations to promote integrated working and improved outcomes.
Analyse performance data and contribute to service reports and strategic planning discussions.

Skills/Experience:
Minimum 3 years management or supervisory experience within Childrens Services or Early Help.
Proven track record in quality assurance case management supervision and service development.
In-depth understanding of safeguarding risk management and the Children Act 1989.
Strong knowledge of Early Help frameworks integrated working and multi-agency partnership models.
Skilled in coaching mentoring and staff development.
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to produce clear reports audits and case summaries.
Confident chairing multi-agency meetings and managing complex discussions sensitively and professionally.
Strong organisational and leadership abilities with a commitment to continuous improvement and outcome-focused practice.

Additional Information:
Qualified Social Worker (DipSW/CQSW/BA in Social Work) and Social Work England registration (essential).
Location: Hackney London.
The closing date: 23/10/2025.
Contract: 27/10/2025 31/01/2026 (Full-time 37 hours per week).
Compliance: Enhanced DBS (Children and Adults) required.
