Job Summary

Overview

The HR Systems Analyst 2 is responsible for providing technical and analytical support for Human Resources systems with a focus on Workday. This role contributes to the maintenance optimization and reporting functions of HR systems ensuring data integrity system efficiency and alignment with business processes. The position requires strong attention to detail proficiency in data analysis and the ability to collaborate across teams to support HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration maintenance and enhancement of WorkdayHCM modules and related HR systems.
  • Serve as a technical resource assisting with troubleshooting issue resolution and system updates.
  • Collaborate with IT vendors and HR stakeholders to ensuresystems operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct data audits and integritychecks; identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and distribute standard and ad hoc reports using Workday reporting tools and other data platforms.
  • Assist in defining data collection and reporting requirements across HR platforms.
  • Maintain documentation for system processes user procedures and technical guidelines.
  • Participate in system testing upgrades and implementation projects within Workday and other HR systems.
  • Provide support and training to HR team members on Workday functionality and reporting capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Information Systems or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in HR systems analysis or HRIS support with direct experience using Workday.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and data management practices.
  • Proficiency in Workday reportingtools (e.g. Advanced Reporting Calculated Fields).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential informationwith discretion.
  • Experience with T-SQL
  • Knowledge of system documentation and user support practices.
  • Based on employment laws the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of 700000 COP and eligible for benefits
