Were looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to oversee Public Safety technology initiatives for Baltimore County including Police Fire 911 and Corrections systems.
In this role youll coordinate across departments manage project lifecycles and ensure mission-critical technology solutions are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards.

As Senior Project Manager you will:
Lead and manage Public Safety technology projects across multiple departments (Police Fire 911 Corrections).
Oversee the full project lifecycle planning execution delivery and reporting.
Track progress identify issues and risks and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
Ensure alignment with County and OIT goals while managing timelines budgets and deliverables.
Prepare and deliver clear executive-level reports documentation and presentations.
Facilitate meetings coordinate stakeholders and maintain open communication channels.
7 years of successful project management experience leading large complex IT initiatives.
Bachelors Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
Active PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Proven experience managing software and/or hardware implementations using Waterfall and/or Agile methods.
Deep understanding of SDLC and PMI-compliant project documentation.
Skilled in Microsoft Project Excel and Word.
Excellent organization communication and leadership abilities.
Availability to work on-site MondayFriday (8:00 AM4:00 PM).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing projects using Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint.
Prior experience working in government (local state or federal) environments.
