Job Summary

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Design health communication materials to promote the State Health Plan and State of Health report.

Create and issue the State Health Plan partner quarterly newsletter.

Assist in planning and coordinating meetings with external partners to further the recommendations of the State Health Plan.

Review and evaluate the State Health Plan development process to create an improvement plan for future State Health Plans.

Desired Skills Knowledge and Abilities:

Masters degree in public health or related field OR bachelors degree in public health or related field with 2 years full-time relevant experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently.

Professionalism and the ability to maintain strong interpersonal relationships with staff leadership and external partners.

Preferred: Experience using design software such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
