Job Title: Senior Effects Coordinator | Location: Tampa Florida | Overview: | | SkyBridge Tactical is seeking an experienced Military Information Support Operations (MISO)/Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Effects Coordinator to integrate and synchronize web-based operations to achieve overarching operational and strategic goals. The Effects Coordinator incorporates MISO/PSYOP functions and tasks into all facets of Combatant Command (CCMD) staff level planning and ensures PSYOP is expertly planned synchronized executed and assessed throughout the spectrum of military operations. The Effects Coordinator is expected to provide expert mission analysis analytic problem solving and assessment skills; creatively use information systems and information-related capabilities (IRC) to integrate with interagency and intelligence community (IC) develop innovative concepts to counter adversarial use of information in cyber electromagnetic spectrum traditional media and social media with the ability to consider significant or key cultural aspects that impact operational and tactical planning security risk assessments and product production. The ideal candidate will be able to review analyze and operationalize tactical and operational-level IO-related directives in support of various elements. | Responsibilities: | The Senior Effects Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Coordinates guidance authorities objectives priorities mission area analysis assessment data and program capabilities to develop program activities.
- Liaises with other organizations to coordinate and prioritize authorities permissions and support to current and future operations.
- Provides reports summarizing team efforts and strategies.
- Serves as the subject matter expert on the following: program capabilities authorities applications best practices procedures to leaders staff components other organizations subordinate commands allied and partner nations and interagency entities for coordination synchronization and deconfliction of efforts.
| Required Qualifications: | - 5 10 years of PSYOP experience. Minimum years of PSYOP experience can be reduced if candidate has relevant staff officer targeting intelligence maneuver or special operations experience.
- Experience with joint and/or combined military operations and interagency coordination.
- Knowledge in joint operational planning process military decision-making process and military campaign plan planning targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level MISO/PSYOP or IO plans and orders.
- Knowledge of service departments (Army Navy Marine Corps and Air Force) functions and their relationships to the CCMD to coordinate MISO/PSYOP actions in appropriate channels e.g. Army Navy Air Force or Joint.
- Knowledge of DoD joint and Army service doctrine regulations policies command and control (C2) procedures.
- Capable of recommending changes to policy force structure/design and command relationships
- Able to coordinate synchronizing and integrating MISO/PSYOP actions within the proper channels and develop policies that incorporate the principle of C2.
- Ability to engage senior leaders and staff and conduct complex briefings to large audiences.
- Expertise in planning integrating and coordinating with interagency and intelligence community entities.
- Must be flexible and adaptable.
- Demonstrated experience with Target Audience Analysis
- Demonstrated experience with Series development
| Preferred Qualifications: | - Experience building media production plans and product development packets
- Experience managing product dissemination plans and preparing material in understandable reports
- Captains Career Course or higher PME
- Embassy engagement experience
- Information Operations Planner Course
