SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
This position will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for existing customers and supporting project management activities for new customers. Building and driving a pipeline of new projects within the strategic market segments developing strong strategic customers relationships and driving market expertise throughout the organization are key responsibilities for this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customers.
- Analyzes personal care / hair care related market value chain and its trend to identify project opportunities and development of business.
- Implement sales strategies tactics and action plans that achieve aggressive sales growth at targeted margins for designated customers / products.
- Demonstrated ability to independently originate develop and close project opportunities from concept to award.
- Customer-focused; possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and have the demeanor and professionalism required to build strong relationships both within and outside the company.
- Understand customer demand needs and proactively manage forecast to meet monthly financial forecast expectations
- Manage Project milestones ensure timeliness and quality delivery of finished goods according to customer expectations.
- Manage new product launches within their customers portfolio and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project progress (i.e. project meetings status reports and milestone reviews)
Facilitate cross functional collaboration with Supply Chain Operations Engineering Finance Product Development and Marketing for the successful outcome of each project
- Identify risks and clearly communicate them to appropriate teams define problem solving and risk mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Maintain database and system integrity to support internal and external reporting in SAP and Monday.
- Track and understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) both internally and externally. Creating reports as required by team and customer.
- Self-motivated and commercially driven individual with the ability to contribute strategically to the companys growth in the U.S. market.
