Hiring a scheduler candidate!
Responsibilities
Complete daily clinic cleaning checklist
Give breaks to behavioral technicians during their session as needed
Enter client behavior data and skill acquisition data
Complete any materials for sessions as required by BCBAs
Ensure all clinically necessary documents are available for technician use
Audit employee files and maintain and organized office system
Complete monthly inventory excel sheet
Complete any tasks that are asked of you by the clinical supervisor this may include but is not limited to; printing laminating and creating materials etc.
Be trained on YSIS to assist therapists as needed with challenging moments
Qualifications
- Pursing a High School Diploma/GED
- No eceperience requiered
