About the Role

As Cluster Manager Eastern Region youll oversee the physical financial and human resources across multiple departmental sites. Your leadership will ensure the efficient delivery of services that support agricultural research biosecurity and regional development programs. Youll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and resource optimisation.

About You

Youre a proactive and strategic leader who thrives in dynamic multi-site environments. With a passion for agriculture and regional development you bring strong people management skills and a commitment to service delivery. Youre confident navigating complex operational challenges and building strong relationships across teams.

What Youll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in agriculture business science or related field
  • Proven experience in managing budgets assets and diverse teams
  • Strong understanding of public sector financial and operational practices
  • A valid drivers licence and willingness to travel across regional NSW
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to integrity and safety
