Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Laboratory Support Services Supervisor the LST is responsible for providing quality customer oriented laboratory services including specimen procurement specimen processing and related specialized procedures and service to effectively communicate information to users of the Laboratory Services in order to ensure the department is able to operate efficiently and to successfully fulfill its mission. LSTs also provide training and guidance to less experienced laboratory support technicians.

Department: Lab Support Services
Schedule: Friday Saturday and Sunday from 7:00AM - 3:30PM
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED
- One year of Phlebotomy EKG and/or specimen processing experience is preferred.
Experience
- Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP) preferred.
