The Role
Were seeking a data-driven brand leader to own Affinitys entire awareness strategy and drive measurable brand recognition in high-value markets particularly private equity. This isnt a role for random acts of brandwe need someone who creates thoughtful multi-quarter campaigns that fuel pipeline and revenue growth. This role reports directly to the CMO.

For those located in San Francisco or New York for this role were embracing a hub-hybrid model designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person collaboration. Team members within commuting distance are expected in-office 23 days per week typically Tuesday through Thursday. A reasonable estimate of the current range is$114200.00 - $192780.00 USD Base. Within the range individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience knowledge skills abilities of the applicant.
