The IT OFFICE MANAGER (Manager role at ITOM department) reporting to the Head of IT Office Magement and in close collaboration with him will be the responsible to manage/coordinate all the decisions/actions where IT presence is required as part of the new strategy defined within Atradius to create any new officeor refurbishmentor changesto an office location.

It is required a proven and extensive experience in program/coordination management seeking to bring his/her background to move forward the new Atradius workplace values:

Experience in end user support (e.g. departments as Service Desk) it is also a high value.

Should be able to work with several teams:

  • The Network and Communications Middleware Security Infrastructure Service Desk teams and their corresponding engineers leads and project managers
  • The Atradius Global Facilities teams and their local suppliers and teams contracted by Atradius.
    • Group Facilities will be a main stakeholder for ITOM.

Based on background/knowledge the ITOM Manager working in close collaboration with the Head of Office Management will play a key role on the main functions below:

  • Planning and organization: responsible for planning and organizing meetings and the activities required ensuring the completion of the MACS (Moves Adds and Changes) planned for Atradius.
  • Budget management: support the Head of ITOM to manage the IT budget assigned (resources assigned HW/SW required suppliers required )
  • IT teams/tasks supervision: responsible for leading/coordinating all the IT team members and the activities agreed to proceed with the plan agreed with the Atradius Facilities Global team.
  • Policies and procedures: responsible for ensuring that the new office/refurbishment/change meet with all applicable regulations/laws from the IT perspective.
  • Projects(no related to MACS) will be managed by the ITOM Manager (e.g HR requirements decommissioning of old IT equipment ad-hoc Business requirements )
  • Processes. Evolution of ITOM process to ensure they are up to date and adapted to ATRADIUS needs.
  • Inventory (HW/SW asset management): responsible for supervising the office IT inventory and ensuring that this information is collected in the IT systems established in CTO (U-Now/CMDB) for this purpose.
    • Main responsibility of this inventory is the ATRADIUS offices list.
  • Reporting of ITOM activities to Country Managers IT Director and Executive team

The Manager of Office Managementshould bedetail-oriented with a well-developed knowledge and expertise in operations technical services and IT asset management. Will be working on a large and broad range of projectsincluding different countries worldwide and spaces within Atradius.

Will also work in collaboration with the Change Management and IT Comms areas in the actions / projects related to offices that will have impact on people

Main duties and responsibilities

The Manager Office Managementwill have the ability to judge and assess the viability and feasibility of Atradius Facilities Global requests and to advise and influence project sponsors and teams on the technical direction to meet with them.

These include but are not limited to:

  • Acting as IT leader in the Atradius Housing Steering Committee
    • Or nominating a member of the ITOM team for this Committee
  • Acting or provide the IT representative from his/her team to participate in the Atradius Facilities Project Team meetings
  • Own lead and prioritize all the requests backlog regarding office MACS(Moves Adds and Changes)
  • Support the IT teams involved in the office MACS (Moves Adds and Changes) to define test and launch the Atradius infrastructure/software services required.
  • Address any issue related to all office MACS(Moves Adds and Changes) with the proper teams involved (Facilities IT suppliers) using the IT corporative tools (U-Now)
  • Work closely with the Atradius Global Facilities team to improve overall Atradius IT visibility and image to Atradius Business
  • Be involved as part of the IT Unit with the creation and maintenance of high-level capability roadmaps for use in strategic planning including cost estimates for the new offices.
  • Guide to IT engineers and external suppliers to follow and implement the office move refurbishment or changes
  • Identify potential technology innovation to introduce new services or transformation of existing ones to meet with Business strategic objectives
    • Supporting the role of ITOM as Single Point of Contact for the Business and Facilities
  • Support IT Demand Management/PMO lead to control Atradius capacity planning/performance if it is necessary

Other

Travel overnight stays and flexibility of working hours may be required in support of the duties of the role.
