Teaching Assistant Intervention Lead (Reception to Year 6)
Chailey St Peters CE Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full or part timeTeaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This exciting role involves leading targeted interventions for individuals and small groups across the school from Reception through to Year 6 to help every child achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will:
Be passionate about supporting childrens learning and wellbeing.
Ideally have experience working as a teaching assistant with primary-aged children ideally across a range of year groups.
Be confident in delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions in areas such as reading writing and maths.
Work closely with class teachers and the Inclusion Lead to plan deliver and review high-quality support.
Demonstrate flexibility creativity and strong communication skills.
