Senior Client Service Manager

What youll do

Lead a team to deliver high-quality person-centred support services
Be the safeguarding lead and ensure safe supportive environments
Manage contracts budgets and KPIs to meet commissioner expectations
Coach and develop your team to be their best every day
Support your Operations Manager to meet regulatory standards

You have

Experience managing people or services in housing care or support
Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence to lead in this area
Great people skills to coach challenge and inspire your team
A passion for helping customers achieve their goals
A vehicle insured for business use

The practical bits

On call shift payment of 14.30 per session.
Youll work Monday to Friday. A flexible pattern can be discussed at interview.
We work between the hours of 9:00 to 17:00.
Youll work from our Sunderland service which is easily accessed by public transport.
On the job mileage Weve got you covered.
You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check that we pay for.
