About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets VP to originate evaluate and structure new capital markets opportunities across Europe to generate profitable CRE fee business for the Bank. There should be a focus on sourcing opportunities growing the business and deepening relationships with our existing clients and acting as strategic advisors.
The role will also require public and private structured finance experience including securitization (CMBS ABS & potentially CRE CLO structures) and back-leverage solutions with a proven ability to transact across Europe and with US and Global financial sponsors. With regard to structured finance requirements the X will analyse new transactions to help determine the optimum route to market and should be able to effectively tranche out a loan for CMBS / ABS leveraging knowledge of various rating agency methodologies and precedent transaction addition the X will work closely with the DCM syndicate sales and trading desks to build out the appropriate distribution strategy and with the U.S. Real Estate Securitization and Capital Markets (RESCM) team to enhance and broaden our distribution capabilities in order to provide best execution to our U.S. and Global financial sponsor clients.
