About the Role
Join a fast-growing multi-discipline engineering environment delivering HVAC plumbing piping and fire protection designs across commercial institutional industrial and healthcare projects. As a Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PE) youll lead system design mentor junior staff and coordinate closely with electrical civil and structural teammates to deliver high-quality code-compliant solutions on schedule and within budget.

What Youll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Lead design/engineering for HVAC plumbing piping and fire protection systems.

• Perform load calculations energy modeling and equipment selections.

• Produce construction drawings specs and details in AutoCAD/Revit (BIM).

• Conduct site visits review submittals and support construction administration.

• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams for integrated MEP delivery.

• Mentor junior engineers/designers and perform QA/QC on deliverables.

• Support client meetings schedules budgets and light project management.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active PE (Mechanical).

• Deep knowledge of HVAC plumbing piping fire protection design.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.

• Working knowledge of ASHRAE NFPA and state/local mechanical codes.

• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Nice-to-Have (Pluses)

• Exposure to forensic/failure analysis (plus not required).

• LEED accreditation or sustainability/green-building experience.

• Energy modeling (e.g. Trane TRACE Carrier HAP).

• Field coordination / construction management experience.

• Broad project type experience; client-facing presentation skills.

• MonThu 7:30a5:30p Fri 7:30a11:30a (flexible 4x10 option).
